RTS Cleaning Supplies. Instructions For Wet Scrubbing.
- Pronto – non butyl degreaser/ general purpose
cleaner for auto scrubbers
- Neutrex – PH neutral detergent for wet mopping
- Dust mop treatment aerosol
- Auto scrubber
- Fresh water source
- Prepare area
- Inspect auto scrubber. Make sure that batteries are
charged. Inspect brushes for wear. Replace brushes when
bristles are worn down to 10-12mm.
- Make sure that recovery tank is emptied
- Fill the solution tank with approximately 24
gallons. The solution should be a mixture of water and
the proper cleaning chemical for the job. Always follow
dilution instructions
- Release hand brake if one is applied
- Turn master key on
- Open solution valve
- Lower brush deck by pressing ‘DOWN’ button
- Lower squeegee tool
- Twist handle grips to run the machine forward. Move
in a straight line at a normal walking speed. The
brushes will run while moving the machine and solution
will be dispensed
- Adjust solution flow if necessary
- To avoid damaging the floor keep the machine moving
while brushes are turning
- Release hand brake if one is applied
- When you want to stop scrubbing return handle grip
into neutral position. Turn the solution off and raise
brush deck
- Empty recovery tank
- Rinse equipment
- Put on CHARGE if needed
